NPS Holdings is now hiring Machine Operators on all shifts!

$5,000 Sign On Bonus For New Hires

Pay based on skill, ability and experience!

This individual will be responsible for operating and ensuring the machine is running at its optimum level both safely and efficiently.

Job Duties of a Machine Operator:

  • Be aware of machine results and take initiative to respond to poor results.
  • Run the machine at the maximum speed (as stated on the standards sheet for the product running) with low waste, while producing a quality product meeting and customer requirements.
  • Perform roll changes, thread the machine, trouble shoot, make diameter, perforation cut, tension, and log saw adjustments.
  • Responsible for cleaning the machine and work area creating a clean and safe working environment.
  • Accurately complete daily production reports, and other miscellaneous paper work.
  • Fix runability problems: Perform diameter and perforation adjustments, correct tension problems, and any other machine problems or adjustments as they arise.

Rotating 4 day, 2 week schedule. Week 1 is Mon-Thursday, Week 2 is Tuesday-Friday.
